MediPrime Supply Inc. is committed to providing high-quality medical consumables and healthcare supplies. Due to the nature of the products we distribute, certain items are subject to specific return restrictions to ensure safety, compliance, and product integrity.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product is in resalable condition
  • The return request is submitted within 7 to 14 days of delivery (you may adjust this timeframe)
  • The item is not classified as non-returnable


All returns require prior written authorization from MediPrime Supply Inc.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory compliance reasons, the following items may not be returned:

  • Sterile products with broken seals
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Temperature-sensitive items
  • Products restricted by federal or state health regulations


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order number and photo documentation
  • Do not discard the item or packaging until instructed


Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
  • Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipping.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Restocking Fees

Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15 to 25 percent depending on the product category and condition.
